HOW IT WORKS
The H2O Blaster Cabinet is a water vapour blaster that is designed for the surface preparation or surface finishing of alloy wheels or component metal parts from the automotive, marine, or aeronautical industries. The process works by combining an abrasive slurry (water and Mineral product) with compressed air that both abrasively cleans or removes the surface of an item. The pressure can be controlled in the H2O Blaster, depending on your required operation. Finishes can be adjusted and tailored to suit by using different abrasive media and various levels of air pressure. The water systems are self-contained and recycled, giving a tremendous environmental benefit to any business. There is no need for a direct water feed, which also keeps running costs low.
